We have released FileWave 16.2.4, which includes important security updates and a bug fix for file download operations. This is a bugfix and security update.

# What's New?

The following have been updated for bug fixes, security fixes, or new features.

## Bug Fixes

- FWRD-17298 - Fixed a potential `fwxserver -s` crash on Linux during Smart Group evaluation

## Security Updates

- PostgreSQL 17.9
- Zlib 1.3.2

## Upgrade Notes

- Estimated downtime: minimal (plan a standard maintenance window)
- Restart requirement: reboot the server after upgrading
